We don’t leave innovation to chance. The R&D Division works in close cooperation with our customers, utilising its many years of expertise in gear toothing calculation and design.
As a result of our on-going development work, we implement our new products using state-of-the-art technologies and facilities such as CAD/CAM tools and FEM simulation techniques.
Precision forging technology is used for toothed components e.g. differential bevel gears. These products have excellent strength properties, which are invaluable in modern day drivetrains, especially highly-stressed transmissions and axles. In the case of precision forged synchronising parts and gearshift components, the functional integration due to the precision forging process permits the design of components of high strength with reduced weight and size.
